How stock CFDs work

A stock CFD follows the price of one share. You do not own the share or receive voting rights; you trade on the price change. One lot is one share, so you can size positions precisely.

Stock CFDs trade during the regular US market session. Earnings releases, product news and analyst updates can move single stocks sharply, which is why stock CFDs have a lower leverage cap than forex.

What moves stocks prices

  • Quarterly earnings
  • Product and company news
  • Interest rates and valuations
  • Index and sector moves

More answers in the WoonFX help centre.

Which stocks can I trade?

CFDs on Apple (AAPL), Microsoft (MSFT), NVIDIA (NVDA), Tesla (TSLA), Amazon (AMZN), Meta (META) and Alphabet (GOOGL). More shares may be added; the live list is on this page.

What are the trading hours for stock CFDs?
