Deposit in three steps

Choose account and method
In the client portal open Deposit, pick the live account to fund and a payment method.

Send the funds
Copy the address (or scan the QR code) and send the exact network. Add the transaction ID so finance can match it.

Start trading
Your balance is credited after confirmation. Follow every step in the deposit status tracker.
Always match the network. Send USDT on TRC20 only to a TRC20 address, on BEP20 only to a BEP20 address and so on. Funds sent on the wrong network may be lost. A verified email and approved identity verification are required before live deposits.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals that are hard to misuse
Request a withdrawal from any live account to a wallet or bank account in your own name. You see the fee and the net amount before you confirm, and the amount is reserved straight away so it cannot be traded away while finance reviews it.
If a request is rejected, the full amount returns to your balance with the reason. While it is pending you can cancel it yourself.

Security
Extra locks on your money
Turn on two-factor authentication and every withdrawal needs a code from your authenticator app. Save trusted addresses, restrict withdrawals to them only, and new addresses wait 24 hours before they can be used.
