How do I open a WoonFX account?
Register with your name, email and a password. Your profile comes with a free demo account straight away. To trade live, verify your email, complete identity verification (KYC) in the client portal and open a live Standard, Pro or Raw Spread account.
Is the demo account free?
Yes. Demo accounts are free, use virtual funds and live-style prices, and can be topped up or reset whenever you like.
Which account type is best for beginners?
Most new traders start with the Standard account: it has no commission, the lowest minimum deposit and all costs in the spread. You can open a Pro or Raw Spread account later from the same profile.
Can I have several trading accounts?
Yes. You can hold several live and demo accounts under one profile and switch between them in the portal, the web terminal and the mobile app.

What documents do I need to verify my account?
A valid government photo ID (passport, national ID card or driving licence), front and back where applicable, and a selfie. We may ask for proof of address. Files can be JPG, PNG or PDF up to 5 MB.
How long does verification take?
Most submissions are reviewed within one business day. You can follow the status in the Profile section of the client portal, including any note from our reviewers.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Identity checks protect your account and are required by anti-money-laundering rules. Verification is needed before live deposits and withdrawals.

You can deposit with USDT on the TRC20, BEP20 or ERC20 networks, with Bitcoin, with Ether or by bank transfer. In the client portal choose Deposit, pick your account and method, send the funds to the address shown and add the transaction ID.
How long do withdrawals take?
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our finance team and paid out to your own wallet or bank account. Typical processing times for each method are listed on the deposits and withdrawals page.
Are there deposit or withdrawal fees?
Any fee is shown before you confirm the transaction. Network fees on crypto transfers are set by the blockchain, not by WoonFX.
Why is my new withdrawal address not available yet?
For your security, new withdrawal addresses become usable 24 hours after you add them. You can also restrict withdrawals to whitelisted addresses only in the Security Center.
What order types can I use?
Market orders, and pending buy limit, buy stop, sell limit and sell stop orders. Every order can carry a stop loss and take profit, and pending orders can be good till cancelled or good till a date.
How is margin calculated?
Margin = trade size × contract size × price, converted to USD, divided by your leverage (or the instrument's leverage cap if lower). The margin calculator shows the exact figure for any instrument.
What is a swap?
A swap is the overnight financing charge or credit for a position held past the daily rollover. It depends on the instrument and direction, and a triple swap is applied once a week to cover the weekend.
What is the stop-out level?
The stop-out level is the margin level at which the platform starts closing your least profitable positions automatically. It depends on your account type and is shown on the account types page.
How do I sign in to the WoonFX mobile app?
Sign in with your trading account number and trading password. These are shown once when you open an account; you can change the trading password in the client portal.
Do I need to download anything to use the web terminal?
No. The web terminal runs in any modern browser. Sign in to the client portal and open Terminal to trade with charts, one-click trading and draggable stop loss and take profit lines.
What is an investor password?
An investor password gives read-only access to a trading account. You can share it with someone who should see your trades without being able to trade.
How do I turn on two-factor authentication?
Open the Security Center in the client portal, scan the QR code with an authenticator app and enter the 6-digit code. Save the recovery codes in a safe place: they are shown only once.
What is an anti-phishing code?
A short phrase you choose that we include in every genuine email from WoonFX. If an email claims to be from us but does not show your code, do not click its links.
Can I see where my account is signed in?
Yes. The Security Center lists active sessions with device, IP address and last activity, and lets you sign out of one session or all others. Login history is also available.
How does the referral programme work?
Share your personal referral link from the Referrals page of the client portal. When someone you refer registers, verifies and funds a live account, you earn commission under the programme rules shown in the portal.
How are partner commissions paid?
Earned commissions become available after the holding period and can be claimed to one of your live trading accounts, from where you can trade or withdraw them.
